WILL THE “STUDY” INCLUDE ANYTHING OTHER THAN JUST GATHERING OPINIONS?  WILL IT ACTUALLY MEASURE ANYTHING?  HAVE THE CONCLUSIONS ALREADY BEEN REACHED?
